Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FillTheTimesheet Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email us at support@fillthetimesheet.com with your registered email address and we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us via email.

When you cancel, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.

No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Pro subscriptions are billed either monthly ($5/month) or annually ($49/year). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

All payments are securely processed by our payment providers (Stripe and Razorpay). We do not store your credit card or payment details — all payment data is handled directly by the payment provider in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

All prices are listed in USD. For users in India, GST (Goods and Services Tax) may apply as per applicable regulations. Other applicable taxes may be charged based on your location and local tax laws.

You will receive an email receipt for every payment.

Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund or credit at our discretion.

If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or process a refund.

We will confirm your refund within 2 business days and process it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
