TimeFill is a client-side web application that helps you generate timesheet spreadsheets from your calendar events. The service connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams via their official OAuth APIs to read your calendar data.

All data processing occurs entirely within your web browser. We do not operate backend servers that process or store your calendar data.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and export the calendar data you process through this tool.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in ways that violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for safeguarding your own browser and device. Since all data is stored locally, your device security is your data security.

TimeFill is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the exported data will be perfectly accurate. Always review your timesheets before submitting them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeFill and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is currently zero, as the tool is free).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
