Everything you need to know about FillTheTimesheet

General

FillTheTimesheet is a timesheet automation tool that pulls events from your calendars and project management tools — Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and Toggl Track — and exports them as formatted Excel spreadsheets.

Yes! FillTheTimesheet is free unlimited — connect 1 source, export up to 7 days of events per export, and use standard templates. No credit card, no trial, no expiry. For power users, our Pro plan ($5/month or $49/year) unlocks all 8 sources, unlimited date ranges, and more.

No. FillTheTimesheet runs entirely in your web browser. There is nothing to download or install.

Privacy & Security

By default, no. FillTheTimesheet fetches calendar data directly from provider APIs to your browser and processes it locally. If you opt in to AI features, event metadata is sent through our server to Google Gemini for real-time processing (not stored). If you enable automated email reports, encrypted tokens are stored server-side so we can fetch events on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We access read-only calendar event data (titles, times, descriptions, organizer, attendees, location). We never modify or delete your calendar events.

We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used solely for timesheet generation, is never transferred to third parties for advertising, and is never read by humans except with your consent or for security/legal compliance. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Use the "Delete All My Data" button on our Privacy Policy page to remove all local data (tokens, cached events, settings) and all server-side data (stored tokens, email schedules, AI usage records, profile). You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page at any time.

Sources & Integrations

We support 8 integrations: Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and Toggl Track.

On the Free plan, you can connect 1 source at a time. The Pro plan lets you connect all 8 sources simultaneously and combine events from multiple calendars and project tools into a single timesheet.

We request the minimum permissions needed: calendar.readonly for Google Calendar, Calendars.Read and User.Read for Microsoft, and read-only scopes for all other providers. Full scope details are listed on our Privacy Policy page.
